This Chocolate Brownie recipe is a well known recipe and is loved by
many people. Chocolate brownies should be nice and crispy on the outside but
gooey on the inside. They are great served with coffee or ice cream and
are generally eaten using fingers or spoons. The brownie came about in 1893 when
a chef created it after someone asked for a dessert that would be smaller than a
piece of cake, and easily eaten from boxed lunches.
